Sales Terms
For new customers, we initially work on payment term ‘Advance’ or ‘L/C Irrevocable at sight.’ However, after our worthy clients have done successful business with us for one year, we change the payment term from Advance to CAD for the convenience of our worthy customers.
Minimum order quantity requirements apply in all cases; for general instruments as well as for special instruments manufacturing. The company will not entertain orders whose quantities are below the minimum required production quantities on per instrument basis.
Delivery Time (for items not is stock) is roughly around 60-90 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments.
We also give a 3 years guarantee on all our instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing related defect. |
