Mian Muhammad Riaz, Founder & CEO
An ever-increasing plethora of achievements surrounds Mr. Riaz as he continues to run the operations of the company he started more than 20 years ago. He has served as the president of chamber of commerce and industry for Sialkot during 1998-99. He was also the founder and three times chairman of Sialkot International Airport (Pvt) Ltd. Even the government has recognized his qualities by designating him as a minister task force for industry development (during 2007) and as president of Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) for Sialkot-Narrowal Division. Among all these qualifications, he is foremost, an admirer of surgical instruments and passionate about quality manufacturing.
Mian Muhammad Daud Sair, Quality Assurance Director
Even though Mr. Daud is a lawyer by education, his experience in the field of surgical instruments manufacturing and quality assurance extends back more than two decades since the start of the company. Through experience, dedication, hard work and closeness to the customers, Mr. Daud serves as an example of trained craftsman and a superb leader.
Mian Tufail Ahmed, Production Director
All the production control and management is supervised by Mr. Tufail who serves as the backbone for the entire company’s production planning. His experience of more than twenty years along with regular foreign training, serves as a guiding light for the new comers of the industry and an inspiration for the skillful.
Mian Faiz Ahmed, Quality Control Director
When it comes to quality manufacturing, Mr. Faiz does not know any compromises. His years and years of experience and training have gifted him with a keen eye for quality control and best manufacturing. The instruments approved by him compete with German quality instruments and are well approved by international customers all over the world.
Usman Daud Sair, HR & Supply Chain Director
With significant experience in research and development along with formal training in business management, Mr. Usman is a perfect example of a valuable multi-discipline expert. His Bachelors education in HR (from George Mason University) and Masters education in supply chain (from University of Wisconsin), along with numerous professional technical courses on CNC machines and CAD/CAM software make him a most productive member of the management team.
Muhammad Rehan, Marketing & Finance Director
Armed with a bachelor in business marketing (from George Mason University), an MBA in Finance (from University of Michigan) and a six sigma black belt certification, Mr. Rehan’s hands on approach to problem solving and management is most valued within the company. His technical experience includes training on CNC milling machine software; Power mill, as well as designing 3d prototypes models in Autocad for production and marketing purposes. |
